In the event that you are a Covered Entity and have a Business Associate Agreement with Good To Go Testing™, the terms of that Business Associate Agreement shall govern compliance with HIPAA and shall supersede in the event of any conflict with the HIPAA-related terms within this Privacy Policy.

No Information Collection from Minors

Only you or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. However, you may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

Unfortunately, we cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you.
