and ERI Global, Inc. (collectively, “Good To Go
Testing™”) is committed to maintaining the highest ethical

Global, Inc. and Good To Go Testing™, with a principal
place of business located at One World Trade Center, 85 th
Floor, New York, NY 10007, and including their
subsidiaries and affiliates.
E. “Non-Personal Information” is any information that is not Personally Identifiable Information.
F. “Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII” is non-
public information we receive from your use of the Sites
that can be used, alone or in combination with other
information in our possession, to identify a particular
individual. It may include information such as name,
address, telephone number and other personal
information you provide us. It may include protected health
information (“PHI”) as defined in the Health Insurance
Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) to the
extent that you are a Covered Entity, as defined in HIPAA,
and you have a Business Associate Agreement with Good
To Go Testing™.PII, as used in US privacy law and
information security, is information that can be used on its
own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate
a single person, or to identify an individual in context.
G. “Products” means any products or services sold or
offered by Good To Go Testing™ or any third party
entities through any Sites.
Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear
understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise
handle your Personally Identifiable Information in
accordance with our website.
You have accessed this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or
“Policy”) through a link on one of the Sites
operated by Good To Go Testing™ (e.g.,
“GoodToGoTesting.com, Good2GoTesting.com). This
Privacy Policy is also in effect in regard to any of your
offline communications with Good To Go Testing™
involving the purchase of Products. By using any of the Sites subject to this
Privacy Policy, or by sharing any information with Good To
Go Testing™ when making offline purchases of our
Products, you signify that you have read,
understand and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
It is important for you to understand the information we

and in your offline communications with Good To Go

This is our entire Privacy Policy for the Sites and it
supersedes any earlier version. You agree to it every time
you use the Site. Good To Go Testing™ may change this

Policy, we will notify you by changing the “Effective Date”

Information Collection
You do not have to provide any Personally Identifiable
Information to browse the Sites. However, you may
voluntarily send us information from the Site, including
Personally Identifiable Information. We collect information
about you when you provide information during purchases
of Products from Good To Go
Testing™, when you search on our Site(s), register,
subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a
form or enter any information on our Site(s), .
when you make requests of us, and when you register to
receive materials from us.
The categories of information collected in these instances
may include, without limitation, your name, contact
information, billing address, email address, health
insurance provider-related information, zip code, state of
residence, travel locations, or any details that may help in

In some instances, you can submit Personally

and interactions between you and Good To Go Testing™,

telephone, text, or by mail. When you call or text Good To
Go Testing™, we may automatically collect the telephone

We may also collect information about you when you visit
Good To Go Testing™ Sites and place
Products in your shopping basket, but do not
complete a purchase of such Products. We may

You will not share, provide or transmit to Good To Go
Testing™ any PHI, as that term is defined under HIPAA,
unless you are a Covered Entity (as that term is defined
under HIPAA) and you have a Business Associate
Agreement with Good To Go Testing™. In the event that
you are a Covered Entity and have a Business Associate
Agreement with Good To Go Testing™, the terms of that
Business Associate Agreement shall govern compliance
with HIPAA and shall supersede in the event of any
conflict with the HIPAA-related terms within this Privacy
Policy.
Cookies
Cookies are a browser feature that assigns unique
identification to your browser or mobile device. Cookies
may be placed by Good To Go Testing™ or by third
parties when you visit our Swebsites. Cookies are typically
stored on the hard drive of your computer or mobile device
and are used by our website to personalize your shopping
experience and remember preferences from previous
visits. A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read
cookie files created by other sites. Cookies do not
damage your system. Good To Go Testing™ does not
store unencrypted Personally Identifiable Information in
the cookies. We also do not link Non-Personal
Information from cookies to your Personally Identifiable
Information.
To help us optimize the Sites, we may allow other
authorized third-parties to place or recognize unique
cookies on your browser. Any information provided to
third-parties through cookies will not be Personally
Identifiable Information, but may provide general segment
information to enhance your user experience by providing

we use and which may send cookies to users of the Sites,

Google Analytics: Google Analytics collects information

Adobe Creative Cloud (Typekit): The Adobe Creative
Cloud (Typekit) is operated by Adobe. The Adobe
Creative Cloud (Typekit) collects anonymous data (ad
views, analytics, browser information, cookie data,
date/time, serving domains, interaction data and page
views), pseudonymous data (IP Address (EU PII), Device
ID (EU PII), PII (name, address, phone number, email
address, EU- IP address, EU-unique device ID ), sensitive
(financial information). Aggregate and anonymous data is

If Good To Go Testing™ makes available to you the ability

Sites, or publish content on a third-party website through a

visible to the public and any Personally Identifiable
Information you post may be read, collected and used by
third-parties that are not obligated to the terms of this
Privacy Policy. Good To Go Testing™ is not responsible
for any information you share about yourself to the public
through the Sites and Good To Go Testing™ has no
responsibility to remove or edit information you publish or
post to the Sites.
Further, through the use of application programming
interfaces that we may utilize, any information you post or
publish on or through the Sites may be available on other
websites or blogs. Good To Go Testing™ is not
responsible for any personal information you choose to
make public through posting or publishing content on or
through the Sites, and you agree that such sharing of

No Information Collection from Minors
Our Sites are intended for adults. We will never
require the disclosure of a minor’s personal information. If
you are under 18 years of age (i.e., a minor), please do
not submit any Ppersonally Identifiable Iinformation
through our Sites. Good To Go Testing™ will not
knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from
anyone under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian of
a minor believes that the minor has provided us with
Personally Identifiable Information, the parent or
guardian of that minor should contact us

deleted from our files so that it is not in retrievable form. If
we otherwise obtain information that our Sites have
gathered Personally Iidentifiable Iinformation about a
person under the age of 18 that is in retrievable form
in our files, we will delete that information from our files so
that it is not retrievable.
Good To Go Testing™ takes special care to protect the
privacy needs of children under the age of 13 and Good
To Go Testing™ encourages parents to be an active
participant in their child’s online activities. Good To Go
Testing™ abides by the Children’s Online Privacy
Protection Act (COPPA) and other relevant laws.
Exemptions from Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you
may send to Good To Go Testing™ by instant messaging
programs (e.g., AOL, Yahoo, etc.), or through social media
networks, even if you open such programs or services by
clicking a link displayed on the Sites. Email, social media,
and instant messages are not recognized as secure
communication forms. Please do not send any
information you consider private to us by email or instant
message or through social media sites (e.g., Twitter,

Only you or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. However, you may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may make a verifiable consumer request up to two times within a 12-month period, without charge. Unfortunately, we cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
We try to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension time period (up to 90 days). Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding receipt. The response we provide will also explain any reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

States of America. Personally Identifiable Information may

in the United States or any other country in which Good To
